TERA, RCM’s top-of-the-range model, combines sturdiness and easy maintenance. Tera is the ideal industrial scrubber-drier for both daily use and rental.

Designed to withstand heavy duties and extreme working conditions, TERA adapts effectively to various operational contexts.

Construction features:

• Sturdy frame: built with welded and reinforced steel, designed to sustain heavy workloads.
• Anti-slip polyurethane wheels: super elastic, ideal to work safely even on slippery surfaces with oil, grease, detergents, etc.

Performances and maneuverability:

• Front driving position: ensures an optimal visibility and a higher safety during cleaning.
• Maximum ergonomics: adjustable seat and adjustable steering column.
• Front steering driving wheel: makes the driving learning phase immediate and extremely easy for all the operators.
• Advanced drive system: it’s equipped with a 36V AC brushless electric motor, which reduces the maintenance operations
• Braking system: it allows to work with stability and safety, because of the electric brake installed on the front driving wheel, joined by two hydraulic brakes that act on the rear wheels.

Operational capabilities:

• Large capacity tanks: made of thick polyurethane to ensure durability and high working autonomy.
• Extended autonomy: up to 7 hours of operability in the GO GREEN mode with 36V 525A lead-acid batteries. To achieve more flexibility, Tera can be equipped also with new and performing lithium batteries

TERA: configurations and customizations

TERA is available in different versions that adapt to specific working environments:

TERA 1102 – scrubbing version, with two disks and cleaning width of 1100 mm.

TERA 1303 – scrubbing version, with three disks and cleaning width of 1300 mm.

TERA 1102R – scrubbing-sweeping version, with rollers and cleaning width of 1100 mm.

For models 1102 and 1303, a sweeping device is also available as optional, and it allows to collect small debris. This prevents the clogging and damages to the squeegee, improving the effectiveness of the cleaning.

The two counter-rotating rollers allow to collect dirt and debris in the 30-litre waste hopper, scrubbing and sweeping at the same time.

Accessories and customization options

To grant an efficient and complete machine that satisfies every specific need of the customer, TERA offers a number of advanced optionals:

• Scrubbing or sweeping side brush to increase the cleaning width and to clean along the walls
• Water spraying system installable on the right/left brush optional, to reduce the dust lifted by the brushes, to create a cleaner and safer working environment.
• Detersaver: it is the RCM technology to reduce detergent consumption by dosing it according to the amount of dirt to be removed.
• Automatic refilling of the detergent tank: it avoids the leakage of water during refill and recover the downtime for the operator.
• Overhead guard: a useful optional that protects the operator from weather conditions during use. 
• Rear bumper to protect the machine from impacts.
• Washing gun: it allows to rinse easily the water tanks even in hard-to-reach areas.

The electric scrubber-drier TERA is also available in the 2WD version, ideal for ramps, equipped with the differential on the rear wheels with a powerful electric motor and the hydraulic brake circuit.
