How is it better to deal with the topic of cleaning the food industry?
Most companies in the food industry choose professional machines, equipment and consumables purchased from professional distributors for cleaning their rooms. This is demonstrated by a research by the Piepoli Institute for Afidamp, which highlights how 87 % of companies in the dairy, confectionery, butchery and food processing industries choose to buy cleaning machines from professional distributors instead of large-scale retailers.
Many food companies deal autonomously with the cleaning of the rooms, a small percentage relies – instead – exclusively to external companies responsible for maintaining clean working environments. From the analysis carried out by Istitute Piepoli, about 89% of food companies use proprietary equipment for cleaning environments, and only 11% use only the services of specialized companies with their own equipment.
