Acetaia is actually a four-seat system. The establishment of Via Emilia is the productive headquarters, the Tenuta del Cigno is the headquarters of Educational in addition to the place where you can admire the family vineyards, Taste & Tour is the headquarters of tastings and Educational via Vignolese, and finally, in one of the most beautiful squares of the historic center of Modena, we can also visit the Showroom dedicated to the products of Acetaia. For a total of about 3000 barrels dedicated to the production of vinegar.

Although many of these facilities are productive environments, they are also shelters. The training itineraries, the tastings, the hospitality, take to the four headquarters of Acetaia Malpighi many visitors and enthusiasts who appreciate the famous black gold and who want to know more about its production and its possible use.
